Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention

These details can be removed without dismantle of a head of cylinders. For this purpose the valve should be kept compressed air or the adaptation.


1. Uncover heads of cylinders.
2. Turn out a spark plug from this the cylinder on which details клапанного the mechanism, or all candles will vary.
3. Establish the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step. If will vary all маслосъемные caps begin replacement with 1st cylinder and further change consistently, establishing each cylinder in ВМТ according to an engine operating procedure.
4. Screw in an aperture for a candle an adapter.
5. Remove the platen () and коромысло (), get a bar () a pusher (it).
6. Submit to the cylinder which is in ВМТ, compressed air, holding коленвал with a key.
7. Valves should nestle on saddles.
8. In the absence of compressed air enter into an aperture a piece of a thick kapron cord before the piston will reach ВМТ. Then tighten коленвал to sensation of resistance вытаскиванию cords.
9. Muffle rags all apertures in a head of cylinders and compress a spring the adaptation. Remove crackers.
10. Remove the adaptation, a glass маслоотражателя, a spring and a cap.

The prevention

If at this stage air leak (if it is applied) the head of cylinders should be removed for dismantling and repair is found out.


11. Dump pressure of air, having wound the valve with a tape, or slightly turn коленвал in a direction of normal rotation.
12. Check up a condition of a core of the valve and its deformation, having turned the valve in the plug.
13. Check up freedom of forward moving of the valve in the plug. If the valve заедает either will drive the valve, or the plug is damaged. The head of cylinders in this case should be removed for dismantling and repair.
14. Again fix the valve (having submitted air or having pushed a cord piece).
15. Grease a core and dress a new cap.
16. Establish a spring (it should be turned downwards colour marks (2)) and a glass (1 – upwards).
17. On final valves (2) the duplicator (3) is established, on cores of these valves there is one flute. On inlet valves (1) the plate (4) is established, on cores of these valves there are 2 flutes (the engine 3F-E).
18. Establish crackers (drawing at the left, 1 – a cracker of the inlet valve, 2 – a cracker of the final valve), having fixed their greasing (a photo on the right).
19. Remove the adaptation establish all removed details upside-down.
20. Start the engine, be convinced of absence of a leak and hear to work клапанного the mechanism.
