The prevention

Works are carried out on the cold engine.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove коромысла and bars.
2. Remove collectors.
3. Remove drive belts.
4. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and take aside, without disconnecting a highway.
5. Remove the air pump with an arm (subsection 6.3 see).
6. Remove an air branch pipe (fig. the Head of cylinders of the engine 2F and fig. the Head of cylinders of the engine 3F-E see).
7. Merge cooling liquid, turn out the temperature gauge.
8. Remove the conditioner compressor (if it is provided) and take aside, without disconnecting a highway.
9. In sequence of return specified release bolts (fig. the Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders see). Cautiously remove a head of cylinders. If the head does not give in to removal cautiously displace its easy blows of a hammer through a wooden pig.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear demountable surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders. Banish carvings of hairpins and apertures.
2. Check up presence on demountable planes of a head and the block of cylinders задиров, having chopped off, hollows and other damages. Check up deformation of a plane of a head. Insignificant damages can be eliminated надфилем, at serious damages the head or the block are subject to repolishing.
3. The lining is executed from a composite material and established without hermetic.
4. Establish a lining an inscription of TORAHS upwards.
5. Cautiously establish a head on the block of cylinders, without breaking lining position. Wrap by hand bolts of a head of cylinders and tighten bolts with the set moment in the specified sequence (fig. the Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders see).
6. Further assemblage is carried out upside-down. Fill system of cooling with a liquid, fill in oil and replace the filter. Start the engine, be convinced of absence of a leak. Conduct test of road performance of the car.
