The prevention

Колодки vary only in the complete set on one axis. At clearing pads a dust and a dirt to delete wiping by rags moistened in spirit or a special liquid, it is forbidden to blow.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn away a stopper of a nutritious tank of brakes.
2. Release nuts of wheels, lift the car and establish on supports.
3. Remove wheels.
4. Attentively check up a disk condition (subsection 8.5 see).
5. In need of grinding or replacement remove a disk and pads.
The prevention

At performance of works watch liquid level in a tank, if necessary remove a liquid part.
6. Remove spring bracket a finger.
7. Get the bottom finger pads.
8. Remove an antinoise spring pads.
9. On cars till 1991 remove a W-shaped antinoise spring pads.
10. Get the top finger pads and remove external pad.
11. Drown pistons of the external cylinder.
12. Grease a basis pads with antinoise structure.
13. Grease antinoise overlays.
14. Grease an underside pads and establish pad in a support.
15. For cultivation of pistons of a support of back brakes the clamp is required. The clamp heel rests against a platform near to the union, and the screw is rolled, pressing on external pad.
16. Turn away support bolts.
17. Remove a support of a back brake, take a support aside and fix.
18. Remove pads from a support arm.
19. Get indicators of deterioration and an antinoise overlay and rearrange on new pad. At detection of deterioration or deformations replace these details new.
20. Remove persistent plates pads and check up. At detection of the slightest deformations replace.
21. Establish new pad, an antinoise overlay and the deterioration indicator.
22. Grease overlays external and internal pads with antinoise structure and establish a support upside-down.
23. At dismantling of a back brake remove basic plates pads with which it is necessary to replace at their slightest deformation. Rearrange the deterioration index for the thickness new pads. At damages indicators replace.
24. At assemblage tighten bolts of a support with the set moment.
25. Press some times a brake pedal, check up and restore liquid level in a tank.
26. Check up work of brakes.
