Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift car redock. |
| 2. Disconnect from a fist steering draughts. |
| 3. Remove brake details. |
| 4. Remove полуось. |

5. Turn away bolts of the case of an epiploon. |
|
6. Turn away a nut of the lever and remove conic washers (are specified by arrows). |
|
7. Remove the top cover of bearings and a remote lining. |
| 8. Remove bearings and designate them ("right top", "right bottom" etc.). |
| 9. Remove the rests of old greasing from bearings, a plug and a fist, having washed out solvent. |
| 10. Check up a condition of bearings, presence on rollers of cracks, выкрашивания and wear tracks. Check up a condition of rings of bearings in plugs. The worn out bearings replace, having removed rings blows on brass оправке. Rings and holders of rollers vary in the complete set. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
|
1. Put in holders of bearings refractory greasing, with force having pressed on the bearing so that greasing has come into holder separators. |
| 2. Apply a thin film greasings on the directing. |
| 3. Establish a new epiploon. |
| 4. Establish in a plug the top bearing, insert the bottom bearing. |
| 5. Keeping the bottom bearing, dress a fist on a plug of the bridge and establish a lining and the top cover. Wrap bolts. |
| 6. Establish the lever, conic washers, wrap nuts. Tighten nuts and bolts of covers of the top and bottom bearings with the set moment. |
|
7. Check up a preliminary tightness in bearings. If the moment differs from normal pick up a thickness of remote linings, having removed a part of linings or having established the new. |
The prevention The increase in a thickness of linings reduces a preliminary tightness in bearings, reduction of a thickness leads to tightness increase.
