5.2.2. Декомпрессия fuel system

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention At performance of works on any part of fuel system observe fire prevention rules. 1. Before starting repair of any detail of fuel system, it is necessary to dump pressure of fuel to avoid a fire and traumas of attendants. 2. Turn away a stopper of a jellied mouth. Dump of residual pressure in a tank is thus provided. 3. Disconnect a socket from the fuel pump (1). On late models access to a socket is provided through an aperture in a niche of a back wheel. On models 1991-94 it is necessary to remove a back seat, a rug and лючок. On models 1988-90, get the pump relay, turn the engine a starter (if access to a socket under a tank is complicated). 4. Start the engine, wait stops of the engine and switch off ignition. 5. After performance of these actions pressure in fuel system is absent. 6. Before weakening a collar of a hose or to turn away the gasoline pipe line union spread rags to avoid hit of the spilt gasoline on the engine. 7. Before the beginning of works disconnect the battery from weight.
