Check, removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release nuts of wheels, lift the car and establish on supports.

2. Remove wheels and wrap nuts of wheels into place to fix a disk concerning a nave (to provide the appendix of effort to a disk, it is possible to dress washers).

3. Release a manual brake.

4. On forward disk brakes remove pads, remove a support, take aside and fix.

5. On back brakes remove a support arm, having turned away bolts.

6. Check up a condition of a disk from both parties. At detection of traces of deep development (depth more than 1,0 mm) remove a disk and прошлифуйте.

7. Check up palpation, having established стрелочный the indicator in 13 mm from disk edge.

8. If palpation on the indicator exceeds norm remove a disk and прошлифуйте.

The prevention
The disk is recommended to be removed and ground periodically on it is dependent on indicator indications. At least it can be made by hand a small skin to reduce a roughness.

9. After polishing the thickness of a disk should not be less maximum permissible which is cast on a disk. On the right value of limiting diameter of a brake drum of a manual brake is specified.

10. Check up a thickness of a disk. Measure a thickness in several places.

11. After checks remove a nave, turn away bolts and remove a disk.

12. At assemblage tighten bolts with the set moment and adjust bearings.

The prevention
On cars till 1990 it is necessary выпрессовать nave hairpins.

13. A back disk remove, having turned away temporarily wrapped up nuts.

14. If the disk does not give in to removal release the adjusting screw of a manual brake and a rubber hammer bring down a disk.

15. At assemblage of forward brakes put greasing and adjust bearings (subsection 2.39 see).

16. Establish a back disk on hairpins, establish an arm of a support and tighten all fastenings with the set moment.

17. Establish pads and antinoise plates.

18. Establish a support and tighten fastening bolts.

19. After assemblage press some times a brake pedal.

20. Check up work of brakes.
