Preliminary check up safety locks.


Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from a signal a socket.
2. Directly connect to a signal the battery. In the absence of a sound a signal replace.
3. If the sound is, check up pressure on a conclusion by pressing the signal button. In the presence of pressure check up connection with weight.
4. If pressure is not present, check up the relay. It is necessary to consider that relays of a sound signal basically have 4 or 3 conclusions (3-vyvodnye relays have connection with weight through the case).
5. If the relay is serviceable, check up pressure on relay conclusions. If pressure is not present, check up wires from a safety lock to the relay.
6. If on conclusions of the relay pressure is, press the button of a signal and check up a chain of connection with weight between the relay and the button. If breakage is not present, replace the signal button.
7. If through the button the chain on weight becomes isolated, check up presence in a chain from the relay on the breakage or short circuit button.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a forward lattice.
2. For replacement of a sound signal disconnect a socket and turn away fastening bolts (are specified by arrows) signal arm.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down.
