PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention

Заглушки channels of system of cooling it is dense запрессованы in the block of cylinders.


1. Remove covers with loose leaves, designate from and store separately.
2. Cautiously clear the block of the consolidation rests.
3. Drill заглушки the block (to turn out them it is almost impossible), banish a carving and at assemblage establish new заглушки.
4. Beat out заглушки cooling channels.
5. Get заглушки flat-nose pliers.
6. At strong занрязнении the block clean all channels a stream of steam and compressed air (it is recommended to carry out in car-care centre), wash out the block outside a washing-up liquid. Banish all carving apertures, clean and blow compressed air. Dry the block and grease.
7. Banish all carvings of the block of cylinders, having cleared thereby of a dirt.
8. Establish covers of radical bearings, bolts tighten by hand.
9. Запрессуйте new заглушки without warps, preliminary having greased with their hermetic Permatex N2. Turn on the same hermetic new заглушки oil channels. Densely tighten заглушки.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At detection of outer defects (cracks and having chopped off), repair the block or replace. It is recommended to check up presence of internal defects in the block of cylinders for what it is necessary to hand over the block in car-care centre.
2. Check up a surface condition, a backlash between the piston and the cylinder, ovality and конусность cylinders, having measured diameter in three planes, in directions parallel and perpendicular block axes. If results differ from standard cylinders should be chiseled. After расточки the block pistons and rings of the repair sizes will be necessary.
3. At absence нутромера the backlash can be checked special щупами in the length about 300 mm. Insert the piston into the corresponding cylinder and check up a piston stroke, laying щуп on the basic rubbing surfaces (in a direction of a finger and to perpendicularly finger).
4. The backlash is defined on a thickness щупа at which the piston moves in the cylinder under moderate effort. If the piston fails or slides, above norm and the piston it is necessary to replace a backlash, and the cylinder прошлифовать. If the piston заедает at position щупа nearby НМТ also slides at position щупа nearby ВМТ конусность the cylinder exceeds norm. If at piston turn in the cylinder with laid щупом the piston заедает ovality of the cylinder exceeds norm.
5. Standard diameter (dimensional group) engine piston 1FZ-FE is defined on marks on the piston bottom (groups 1, 2 or 3, see fig. of Number of dimensional groups of pistons in each of cylinders). Number on the piston should coincide with number on the block corresponding to the given cylinder.
6. If a condition of cylinders comprehensible, deterioration of the cylinder and a backlash between the cylinder and the piston do not exceed the established norms cylinders it is required only отхоннинговать (see subsection 3.3.7.6).
7. For a considerable part of engines pistons and loose leaves (коленвала and a cam-shaft) are provided the repair sizes. On blocks of cylinders of these engines there are letter designations.
