THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

Remove and establish each lever separately. If necessary to remove two and more levers remove springs and prop up the bridge a jack.


LEVERS OF THE FORWARD SUSPENSION BRACKET

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift car redock.
2. Establish under the prop bridge.
3. Turn away a bolt nut on a frame arm.
4. Turn away a nut (are specified by arrows) on a bridge arm.
5. Remove the lever. If necessary hook its mount.
6. Check up a condition of plugs of the lever, presence on them of cracks, hardening and deformations. Replacement of plugs of levers is carried out in car-care centre as the special equipment is required.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out upside-down.
2. Tighten all fastenings with the set moment.
3. Bolts of fastening of the lever tighten under nominal loading of the car.

LEVERS OF THE BACK SUSPENSION BRACKET

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car.
2. Establish under the prop bridge.
3. Turn away a nut of bolts (fastenings of the top lever on a frame arm (fig. on the right) and the bridge (a photo at the left are specified by arrows)). Remove the top lever.
4. Turn away a nut of bolts of fastening of the bottom lever on a frame arm (fig. at the left) and the bridge (are specified by arrows in a photo on the right). Remove the bottom lever.
5. Check up a condition of plugs of the lever, presence on them of cracks, hardening and deformations. Replacement of plugs of levers is carried out in car-care centre as the special equipment is required.

Installation
